Newmarket is a town in the Regional Municipality of York, part of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a population of ~88,000. Newmarket is located to the north of Aurora. Over the years, the town has developed into a primarily residential area. Landmarks include Upper Canada Mall (amongst the largest shopping malls in Canada) and the Southlake Regional Health Centre. Public elementary and secondary schools in Newmarket are overseen by the York Region District School Board and the York Catholic District School Board.

Prepsmart’s Tutoring program in Newmarket is tailored to the students’ needs in the region. With such a large and growing population of students, Newmarket is a core region for our tutoring program. We seek to recruit high-quality instructors in Markham and pair them to meet students’ needs locally.

Prepsmart Tutoring offers in-person and online tutoring in Newmarket, to make our programs as accessible as possible. Our online program is seamless and our instructors are equipped with the technology tools to make the lessons highly engaging. Lessons take place on Zoom or Google Hangouts.

Our in-person tutoring consists of instructors traveling directly to our clients and students, providing a seamless experience.
